Ingredients (1 person)

Natto 50g/1.76oz
Natto Tare To Taste
Rice 150g/5.29oz
Kimchi 30g/1.06oz
Green Onion To Taste
Sesame To Taste

【How to - Kimchi Natto Rice Bowl】

  1. Finely chop green onions and run under cold water for 2-3 minutes. (*1)

  2. Add natto tare to natto and mix well.

  3. If rice is steaming hot, let stand for 5 minutes to cool to 50℃/122℉.

  4. Top rice with natto, kimchi, green onions, and sesame.

    ☆If kimchi is low sodium kimchi, more can be added!

  5. Take a picture. (Optional)

  6. Eat that rice bowl.
